We accept cash & major credit cards. Tip cannot be included on cards, but are appreciated and accepted in the form of cash or Venmo.

Please try to cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your set appointment. These time slots are specifically reserved for you, and take time out of your stylists day. Last minute cancellations or failure to show up for an appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

A credit card to have on file is required to secure all appointments.

We allow a 10 minute grace period for late clients. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. Please understand we may need to reschedule your appointment if there isn’t sufficient time to complete the scheduled service.

We do not offer Refunds. We will do everything we can to correct any issues that may arise within 2 weeks of your service.
